Studio of dreams
In early 1992, Keith bought The Bennett House recording complex, a renovated 125 year old Victorian mansion located in the heart of the
Historic Civil War town, Franklin, TN.

The Bennett House is a two studio facility boasting state of the art recording equipment with t he charm of a home built in the 19th century. Its high ceilings, plaster walls and hard wood floors offer a unique acoustical environment found only in a structure with age.

The original two-story, red brick house was built in 1875 by the proprietor of Franklin's hardware emporium, Walter Bennett. It stayed in the Bennett Family until the early 1960's when it was sold and became a women's clothing shop. In the mid 1970s, The Bennett House was purchased by famed record producer, Bob Montgomery (Joe Diffie) and converted into a recording studio. Prior to Keith's purchase, it was operated not only by Bob, but also Norbert Putnam who used the house to record records on Dan Fogelberg and Jimmy Buffett.

Studio A, The Bennett Room, is a commercially available studio. The Bennett Room studio consists of a control room/isolation room suite, kitchen and lounge, four main rooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The Bennett Room is known not only for its unique atmosphere but also for its AMS UA8000 Calrec 64-input console and the famous "sounds" inherently provided by the various rooms in the original house.

Studio B is Keith's private production suite. It is stocked with an 80 channel, SSL 4080 G+ console, several protools rigs and a plethora of outboard synthesizer and FX gear.
